Keeping Your Patient out of Hospital: Reassessing the 'Stable' Heart Failure Patient

THE PROJECT

We developed an accredited, interactive, on-demand educational activity to help healthcare professionals improve the quality of life and survival of Kiwis living with mild to moderate symptoms of heart failure. Endorsed by RNZCGP and CNA, this video-rich activity includes a real, de-identified patient case study and expert commentary from Dr Bryan Betty (GP) and Dr Raewyn Fisher (Cardiologist).
